Our Story
RTB Global Supply was founded in 2010 in Qingdao, China — a strategic port city that connects China's manufacturing heartland with global markets. What started as a small sourcing team of 3 people has grown into a professional sourcing agency with offices across China.
Our founder, a former foreign trade manager at a Fortune 500 industrial company, saw firsthand how difficult cross-border procurement could be for SMEs — the language barrier, quality uncertainty, supplier verification, and logistics complexity. RTB was born to solve these pain points, one order at a time.
Today, we serve clients across the world, ranging from small e-commerce sellers ordering $1,000 samples to multinational brands placing large annual contracts. Every client gets the same dedication: personal attention, transparent communication, and zero-compromise on quality.

Mr Frank SU, founder and CEO of RTB Global Supply, has more than 20 years of experience in international business between China and customers all over the world.
Frank began his career in 2003 at a major Qingdao export company, gaining deep expertise in textile, machinery, hardware, and industrial sourcing. With China's WTO entry and the rapid growth of export, he expanded into rubber tyres, fitness equipment, garden tools, abrasion-resistant materials, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, paper processing, packaging, laser/CNC, woodworking, diesel engines, and pumps — building unmatched knowledge of China's industrial clusters.
Today Frank leads RTB Global Supply with a simple principle: "Achieve for the customer before achieving for yourself." Customer first — your goals drive our actions, and your triumphs define our legacy. We measure our performance by your growth.
